This house was perfect for us!! Everything about it was just amazing. We had the best time. Lots of great memories were made! The swimming pool and game room was a big hit for everyone. The walk to the beach wasn’t bad at all. We will be booking this house again. Philip and Rhonda were great to deal with also!!!

We had 18 people including kids in are group, house was awesome had no issues at all. The arcade was great for the younger kids and at night the grown ups too. Pool with the tv was nice to watch some tv and movies with the kids while in the pool. The extra fridge and freezer was great as we only ate out and once and cooked every night, great place will be staying every year hopefully

We had an incredible week at the Beach Retreat April 30- May 7, 2016. This is the best rental we have ever had. The pool, hot tub, arcade room kept the grandchildren occupied and happy! It was Spacious and clean . The few minor things that needed to be attended to were taken care of immediately. We will be back for sure.

What a beautiful home! These sites always say beautifully decorated, but let me tell you: THIS HOUSE IS SO MODERN AND DECORATED BEAUTIFULLY! So many common areas that really gave our family plenty of room to spread out and relax without being on top of each other! Easy walk, the pool is awesome, the kitchen offers plenty of room for cooking, dining and cleaning with lots of family. We will definitely rent again! Loved having 2 fridges, 2 dishwashers and the separate ice machine! The screened in porch was our favorite spot to just relax and enjoy downtime together! We rented bikes for all of us and loved riding to Rosemary Beach one day then to Seaside the next. I’m telling you, I never write reviews, but when Rhonda asked me to give a little feedback, I had to! We had babies, kids, teenagers, young adults and parents and then grandparents and all agreed that it was the perfect vacation spot! I travel alot and I highly recommend Beach Retreat!

We stayed at The Beach Retreat home the week of July 14, 2012. We enjoyed this home very much. It met our needs for 16 people very well. The large rooms and furnishings were very nice. 2 refrigerators and 2 dish washers were a blessing. Other than enough dish towels and chip clips everything was provided. This was our 4th home to rent in the Panhandle and by far the best. The walk to the beach was very easy and took about 3 minutes. We would rent it again next year but more family wants to join us so we had to book a bigger home but we are looking forward to renting it again sometime. Thanks you owners for sharing your beach home!

Our family and friends enjoyed a wonderful stay at the beach retreat house. The pictures cannot begin to do this beautiful house justice. It was even better than we had hoped for. We enjoyed a wonderful week of swimming in the beautiful pool and lounging at the beach. The house has two spacious living rooms w/flat screen TV’s, as do the most of the bedrooms. The house has plenty of space for all. So many different amenities for young and old to enjoy. We all found things to do. We enjoyed the game room, the beautiful pool, cable TV, gas grill, fully equipped kitchen. There was nothing left out. The owners thought of any and everything you may want, even before you knew you’d want it. Plenty of towels were provided for are group of 11. Brand new appliances including front loader washer and dryer. The area around Seacrest beach has great shopping, activities close by (we particularly enjoyed Panama City Beach). The beach is literally minutes away, and the beach chairs and umbrellas that were set up for us each day were a nice added bonus. The owners were prompt with any questions before arrival and once we arrived we had a number of someone local to help out if we needed anything. Our family definitely plans to visit this property again, as we feel we’ve found the best Seacrest beach has to offer. Thanks again – The Hills

This home was so wonderful! it was far roomier than the pictures portrayed. we had an marvelous time there with three of our married children and spouses and three granddaughters. the teenage girls disappeared to the third floor and we only saw them when they were hungry or wanted to go shopping!
the island in the kitchen? you can not believe how huge it is, my siblings and their families and everyone else we could collect came over three times for meals in the week and never got in each others way preparing the food. the two refrigerators and two dishwashers were awesome!
Florida weather cooperated while we were there for my Brothers wedding so kids and adults alike swam in that backyard oasis. the game room? I think the adults enjoyed it more than the kids! we heard so much laughing and yelling I’m surprised the neighbors didn’t hear us. speaking of neighbors? the couple next door were wonderful!
we had decided to BBQ out on New years eve and found the gas grill was not working, we texted Cheryl, the property manager and they had a brand new one sitting in the backyard when we returned from the grocery!
now the only thing I’ll caution about is the stairs! I couldn’t do the second or third floor because of health issues and we had my 88 year old Mom with us and she couldn’t either, matter of fact getting into the house was comical, so we spent a lot of time resting and talking and laughing! that being said, there is a sun room on the first floor right off the dining room, when my Son and his wife arrived they decided we could set that up as a bedroom for Mom, they moved a bed, table, lamp in there, my sister brought a privacy screen and 88 year old Mom was in heaven! (I did get owners permission to move furniture as long as everything was back as it should be) and there’s another HUGE thank you! Rhonda, you made this process so easy and I will definitely book this home again.

1 yr later, back at The Beach Retreat. This time w/ a couple extra families to enjoy this amazing house w/. We had a blast and super thankful for the owners Philip and Ronda working w/ us again this year.!! Thank you

Our stay at the Beach Retreat couldn’t have been better! Definitely recommend!! 🙂 It’s a very spacious home, accommodated 5 couples and our multiple children with ease. The arcade and pool competed with the gorgeous beach that was a short walk away. All 3 made this a dream vacation for all involved. It’s located in a nice residential area so it doesn’t feel so busy. Thanks Rhonda and Philip! We hope to be back again someday!
